The YMCA wants to inspire our entire community to get active, and their free 21-Day YFitness Challenge has currently generated 5,589 hours of exercise. Participants just have to register by the end of February and get moving for 20 minutes a day anyway they can for 21 days straight to qualify for great prizes including a paddleboard.
Interior Savings has made it possible for the YMCA of Okanagan to purchase much needed play-based equipment for both their Family Play Time and Child Care programs, through their Community Investment Fund. This will ensure the healthy development of our community’s youngest members at multiple locations throughout the Okanagan.
