At the YMCA, we are committed to helping you stay active and connected while also ensuring a healthy and safe environment for everyone. That’s why we are excited to announce the launch of YThrive Home, a new YMCA virtual workout program in collaboration with other Canadian Y's. Enjoy a great YMCA workout from the comfort of your home or wherever you are!

YThrive Home is a series of online video content designed to ensure you can still have your daily dose of the Y while practicing social distancing. These instructional videos will walk you through a variety of different workouts you can do in your living room.

Live Videos

Our live classes will now be offered through online registration and through our fitness apps! Though we have loved providing a range of YMCA fitness classes through Facebook and Instagram, we are moving away from live classes on social media. Instead, we will be live streaming our entire fitness schedule exclusively for our active YMCA members so you can choose to participate in any class virtually or in-person.
