By pushing against the resistance of water, you can adapt each session to your own level of fitness. It's a great way to add variety to your fitness program. Aqua Shallow is in 4' of water.

    Ages 13+

    Cycle gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. This exercise focuses those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart.

    This cycling experience mimics a variety of road rides and cycling drills that are aerobic, fun and guaranteed to make you sweat!

    Ages 13+

    Gentle and restorative poses will help you achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while calming your nervous system and reducing stress. Mindful movements, breathing, and guided meditation will help create a sense of well-being and peace. The class is suitable for all abilities with mostly seated poses and includes the use of props (bolsters, blocks, straps).

    Ages 10–13

    Our Youth Wellness Coach will show you the ins and outs of a fitness centre and help to make you feel at home in our fitness spaces. This service is mandatory for youth members under 16 but is recommended for all new youth members. Start your health off on the right foot! Call to register.

    This step class uses weights and balls to create step and strength intervals. This class is much less choreographed than a regular step class–no coordination required! This class helps condition and strengthen your various muscle groups. There will be a little bit of core exercise at the end to round out the workout.
