Gentle and restorative poses will help you achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while calming your nervous system and reducing stress. Mindful movements, breathing, and guided meditation will help create a sense of well-being and peace. The class is suitable for all abilities with mostly seated poses and includes the use of props (bolsters, blocks, straps).
