Physical activity brings multiple benefits and significantly contributes to healthy aging. Our goal is to help you find activities that enhance your quality of life and maintain your independence. A sense of community and social connections with other members will help you feel safe and supported while you exercise in the gymnasium under the supervision of our qualified staff. If you are physically inactive and live with chronic pain or a chronic condition this program is the perfect program to start your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
