Moms and Dads, are you having trouble fitting fitness into your day? We provide a safe place for your child to learn and play while you enjoy one of our many group fitness classes, take a swim in the pool, or get stronger in the gym.

Child minding is for children 5 years and younger. For children 6 to 9 years old we offer Zoned In: a fun, activity filled program that will keep your child busy while you work out.

Parents are asked to sign their children in and out of the spaces and staff will check your children in by scanning their Children's Memberships upon your arrival so please ensure you always bring your child’s membership card with them. Both programs can be accessed on a drop-in basis for a maximum of 1½ hours each session. Child Minding and Zoned in do not run on statutory holidays.
