Ages 12+

This registered class combines strength, endurance, balance, core, and plyometric exercises to keep you in shape for the slopes! Whether you’re a snowboarder, a downhill or cross-country skier - all skill levels are welcome. Held in the back studio.
Youth 12-14 need to first complete a Level 2 Orientation. They can register for this online under classes or at the fitness desk.
