Core - H2O

Tone your abs while improving your core strength through this intense workout.

Cycle - H2O

Cycle gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. This exercise focuses those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart. This cycling experience mimics a variety of road rides and cycling drills that are aerobic, fun and guaranteed to make you sweat!

Fit for Life - H2O

Maintain and improve full body strength, mobility, and balance in a safe environment using chairs for modifications and support. Exercises with various equipment aim to assist daily living and independence. Instructors with special knowledge of health conditions lead the class and can help modify any portion of it to ensure everyone’s success.

Group Power® - H2O

This is your hour of power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout, using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight. Group Power® combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best!

Group Strength - H2O

This class helps add variety into your total body strength and toning regime. Using a combination of free weights, body weight, exercise balls, bands, and BOSUs, multiple training methods, and musical timing, we work on every major muscle in this fun and motivating atmosphere.

Group Strength 50+ - H2O

This effective and safe fitness program for older adults combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is designed to keep you strong, active and independent both at the gym and in daily life. A variety of equipment may be used (free weights, bands, TRXs, BOSUs, and more).

Small Group Training - H2O

Experience a personal training session in a small group setting. This class has a maximum of 8 people, to make sure that each participant gets the attention that they need. This full-body workout is flexible, with modifications available to make the exercises more or less challenging. With a different workout every time, there is ample opportunity to try something new.

Chair Yoga - H2O

Using a chair for assistance, poses are modified to improve strength, balance and mobility. Other benefits include focusing on mindfulness, posture, and breathing. This class is open to all abilities with chair options for each pose.

Yoga - H2O

This class combines traditional poses, breathing, and basic meditation techniques to reduce stress, increase strength, flexibility, and your overall well-being. Various equipment may be used (blocks, straps, bolsters, foam rollers, exercise balls, etc.). Beginners and those new to yoga are welcome.

Zumba - H2O

Zumba is a cardio class that combines Latin and international music wtih dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training–alternating fast and slow rhythms. This Latin-based dance class is sure to get you sweating and having a blast as you tone and shape your whole body. No coordination required!
