Group Power® - H2O

This is your hour of power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout, using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight. Group Power® combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated exercises. Cycle is a cardio workout on a stationary bike. Cycle classes offer a varied and effective workout allowing training in all seasons. This Intro class is a shorter, 45-minute Cycle class focusing on proper posture and an introduction to various drills.

Cycle - H2O

Cycle gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. This exercise focuses those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart. This cycling experience mimics a variety of road rides and cycling drills that are aerobic, fun and guaranteed to make you sweat!

Cycle/TRX - H2O

Combine the cardio benefits of cycling with the strength training of the TRX for a well-rounded workout. You will cycle for up to 30 minutes to get your heart rate up and muscles warm. You will then transition into a 25-minute TRX portion where you will use your body weight and gravity to work all major muscles. You will finish off will a cool down and stretch before carrying on with your day....

Cycle/TRX/Stretch & Roll - H2O

This 90 minute class is broken into three parts: You will begin with a 30-minute cardiovascular workout on the cycle bikes. You will then get a full body workout for 30 minutes with the TRX, and finish with a relaxing stretch and roll. All fitness levels are welcome.
