H2O is becoming more accessible! Here’s how to do more online, without needing to come to the facility or make a phone call during operating hours.

Membership and Program Registration

Good news! You can now purchase a membership or manage your membership details from the comfort of your own home. You'll also be able to register for self-serve programs like child and youth programs and swim lessons in the fall.

In the meantime, we encourage you to make sure your information is up-to-date. If you're a current or recent member, or have participated in programs at the YMCA or H2O, you likely already have an account. Please try to "sign in" and use the "forgot your password" function to gain access to it. (This is not the same account that you would use to reserve your spot in a fitness class.)

P.S. You will be taken to the YMCA of Okanagan registration site. As H2O is operated by the YMCA, your membership uses the same platform.

Class and Lane Swim Bookings

Members can reserve their spot in fitness classes or book a swimming lane. Here’s how:

  1. Go to our class booking site or download the app.
  2. Create an account.
  3. Call us (250-491-9622) to verify your membership.
  4. Please use the top menu (browser) or side menu (mobile) to select your booking category. (“Classes”, “Lane Reservation”, etc)
  5. Find and book your class or appointment!
