The steam room at H2O is closed for maintenance. We're working with the city to get it back in service as soon as possible.

The Interior Savings Across the Lake Swim is the largest and longest running open water swim event in Canada! 2019 will mark the 71st consecutive edition of an event that has always offered a challenge and a standard for young and old, newly minted swimmers and seasoned racers.

Since its beginning in 1949, the Interior Savings Across the Lake Swim in Kelowna, BC has always been more a demonstration of swimming ability than a race. Each summer, swimmers of all ages and abilities challenge themselves to swim 2.1 kilometres across Okanagan Lake, to test what they have learned and to master the distance.

This event makes the YMCA Okanagan Swims Program possible. Each year, every third and fourth grade student in School District #23 is enrolled in swimming lessons at no cost. This teaches them lifesaving water safety skills that are invaluable for anyone living in the Okanagan.
