At the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre, we care about your total heath in spirit, mind and body – and believe that each element is equally important for achieving overall health.
A team of fitness experts develops a variety of national programs, which are guided by national standards to ensure high quality and maximum effectiveness. Some of these include:
- Group and older adult fitness classes
- Individual conditioning
- Creating Balance – an adult weight management program
- Instructor training in fitness and aquatics

The YMCA Okanagan is proud to lead the way in providing fitness training and certifications. As a non-profit charitable organization committed to the health of our members and program participants, many of our fitness programs rely on volunteer instructors.
